Basically they use YouTube as to advertise your site
In this case they make clash of clans videos and after the update where you can share your base links you can put it in the description of your video but in this case you make your own site and blog the base link in it and redirect it after you watch the add .
Is there any similar method in which you can create good traffic for your site or blogpost with minimum effort?

Basic premise is to use content to get traffic and then drop your link in it. Nothing new here
