Never made a difference in that for me. makes erections worse & sex drive a bit higher. Stacked with viagra can be good but probably poison for your heart.

Yes I use it all the time. It works well combined with viagra or cialis, I can routinely go 15-20 minutes no problem. I've even had trouble climaxing if I'm drunk too and had to stop having sex lol
