Lip posture, slight pout, feel like you rest your upper lip on your lower lip. Takes a while to do it without thinking, like mewing.

Good advice - but don't brush using soap that will taste weird.
Apply vaseline before you go to sleep as well.
Don't show people your vaseline tub as using a red tub will make you look ND/gay.

Microneedling with 0.5mm will help. Volufiline might also help.

The fact that buccal fact removal is SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult and dangerous to self-perform than lip filler is.

Nonetheless neither is worthwhile imo - filler isn't that expensive brotato just get it done professionally.
If you think you're that guy then try reconstituting peptides - it's easy as fuck and you'll probably mess it up your first time.
