I’ve got a pretty badly recessed maxilla and looking for ways to get rid of it preferably softmaxx because I am still young. Also when does the Maxilla stop developing? I want to see if it still could grow a bit on its own.

maxilla is one of the first bones to stop moving anterior wise in advancement (forward growth) i believe at 14 bone age nothing you can do maxilla is extremely significant you can read cope here but lefort is genuinely your only option
