Bro ur 14, still plenty of growth ahead. Best thing u can do now is get enough sleep, hydrate, eat clean and stay active. Cold compresses (cold spoons) & caffeine/Vit C eye serums can help w puffiness/dark circles. Save fillers or hardmax for later when ur older; focus on health & eye area will improve naturally.
