We usually recommend castor oil or minoxidil (to apply on the eyelashes and eyebrows).

what hardmaxxes are best suited?
I haven't looked much into it, but I have heard of dropdown supra orbital implants, canthoplasty/pexy, ue filler and blepharoplasty. Look into them

Eyelashes: Latisse (do research to know how to use it correctly), or castor oil

Eyebrows: Dark brown dye (Don't go too dark), and castor oil

Undereye: Some sort of undereye cream with caffeine or maybe volufiline (kinda cope) to reduce the slight eye bags but they are not bad tbh.

You can temporarily increase the white of your eyes with Lumify eye drops (Dont overuse because it can irritate your eye)
