Anyone aware of a procedure/surgery/whatever that can add a little bulkiness around the wrist?
And what about its safety?

PS: need a physical solution, not a "wear a watch/bracelet" kind of solution

There are no "tricks" besides increasing bone density in that area.

Personally, my wrist became ~1.5cm thicker with consistent gym training.
You absolutely can add bone mass through hard resistance training when your calcium and protein uptake is plentiful.

You will never get 'big' wrists though. There are no muscles present in that area and there is nothing to hypertrophy.
If someone has big wrists - those are genetic. They simply have more bone present there.

You could train forearm muscles to create an illusion of bigger wrists though.

Your wrists will probably also become smaller as you age unless you go to the gym and lift heavy weights. Lifting is vital if not for aesthetics, for preventing osteoporosis beginning as early as your 40s.

How old are you?
I am 32, way past being able to change bone growth...

I also have a pretty solid muscle mass from shoulder to forearm, but that didn't help :(

Luckily they're not very small to a detrimental level, but sometimes I get wrist-mogged by some females... Guess I'll have to date skinny foids.

I don't know you
I don't know how you look like
Yet I'm sure that small wrists are your least of worries

just go to therapy and realize that JBs and foids do not care about how wide your wrist is they only care about your height and face
