I’ve spoke to my gp and they referred me to a dermatologist and they gave the me the products I told them that wasn’t working
(Nizoral and another product) now I gotta wait a few months again for their reply. The wait is just too long
Anyone know any other products that could help?

𝑳𝒆𝒐.
If you say please I might consider it
Please dear sir

i also have sebo and i use a shampoo called CLOBEX 2 times a week and it really helps

make sure you always double shampoo your scalp to get rid of all the dirt and product buildup

also dont use styling products too often cuz its gonna nuke your scalp health

Never use anything for skin
Remove all shampoo and hair products
Use only tar soap

+ Thin blood with chamomile tea
But if you start getting hypoglycemia symptoms from chamomile tea then eat some sugar to thick blood because you can overdo it
