BPC 157? What dose should I run?
 
is it in your elbow and are you doing heavy curls?
 
Look up eccentric exercises, it will be the most important thing for recovery.
About bpc-157 - better injected subcutaneous at injured site. I think 500mcg per day should be fine.
Tb-500 can also be helpful.
Prolotherapy is controversial but may help.
Also, red light therapy.

Yeah it’s in my elbow and no I stopped lifting heavy since it started. But even when lifting lighter weights I can feel it.
 
Ice the area, but don't go longer than 20 minutes
