Any solutions to KP?

KP meaning Keratosis Pilaris, the skin condition that causes little red bumps usually on the upper arms. I wouldn’t say I have it too bad compared to others but none the less I was wondering if theres a way to lessen it, or get rid of it completely?

salicylic acid works well to reduce it i have it too, i dont think you can permanently get rid ofnit

i have that and i didnt even know it was a condition always wondered what that was on my arm
