Lift bodyweight to not interfere with your puberty.

ive been lifting since i was 13 im 16 now, i was like 166 when i started plus i dont have anyone in my family i could be tall after

i feel you could target your traps with kelso shrugs and lower back
Never did kelso shrugs however i was always skipping my upper back and always doing lats so i started doing some upper back rows

yea your back width is really nice but i feel like the “thickness” in your rhomboids is lacking

I do 2 chest excercises, one front delt, cable lat raises, and 2 triceps on push

On pull i do, 2 lat movements and one upper back plus one rear delt [had to bring them up since i only started training them like a year ago]

On leg day, something for quads, rdls, hip thrusts, back extentions, and i incorporated abs.

upper and lower is just combined with less excercies for arms and lower is the same

you forgot bicep? and if i were you id do U/L since better frequency and you go only 4 times per week. also what exercises do u do exactly? cuz its better to do isolations like keenan flaps kelso shrugs tricep unilateral extension etc etc

forgot to mention that yes i do train them dw, i do preacher, cable bicep and some hammer curls maybe sometimes something for my forearms and i train 5x times per week i said i do upper lower, upper on thursday and lower on friday

but do U/L 4 times a week. no ppl and it’s quite redundant on bicep doing preacher and cable
