Never did kelso shrugs however i was always skipping my upper back and always doing lats so i started doing some upper back rowsi feel you could target your traps with kelso shrugs and lower back

I do 2 chest excercises, one front delt, cable lat raises, and 2 triceps on push
On pull i do, 2 lat movements and one upper back plus one rear delt [had to bring them up since i only started training them like a year ago]
On leg day, something for quads, rdls, hip thrusts, back extentions, and i incorporated abs.
upper and lower is just combined with less excercies for arms and lower is the same
