test and ai. low doses because if u blast like 500mg like a retard u will mature ur bones too fast and close the growth plates. not everyone reacts the same to steroids. some will barely feel any effects from 300mg while some will feel like nick walker on 300mg so u should probably start with 200-250mg the first few weeks and up the dose in the 7 or 8th week to 300-350mg and stay around that dosage.if the acnee breakouts are too bad go back to 200 range
