wolfs law, but bonesmashing has little effect and is quite dangerous, not worth cte.

Yes it works, but it takes a lot of time just for a little progress and theres a lot of risks especially if you dont do it right

I play golf, on a finger there is a permanent hard bump where it takes the most pressure.

No, there are no studies that directly support bone smashing because no scientist is going to recruit participants that are willing to give themselves potential Chronic Traumatic Encaphalopathy.

There is indirect evidence, and it is true that bones can adapt to stresses by becoming denser and thicker, but this requires a lot of force, and the risk of brain damage makes bone smashing futile.

Search subperiosteal bone ossification then read about it

studies are expensive and take time. And scientists arent going to gather people to do bonesmashing (which is probably considered self harm).
A lot of people have tried it and it works. Not through wolffs law though

If it works, studies? Me myself — I did it and gained projection and size in my chin, but you need to know how to do it: the speed at which you should hit and how to recognize the signs of when to stop or keep hitting the area. Another advantage is that when the area increases due to swelling, the skin on your face becomes tighter and smoother because the swelling is so significant that it works like getting a filler in that area😂

Who would start a study to study the effects of bonesmashing for autist.org users?

People say „wolf’s law“ but so far *I* know it is for big bones and bones that you use every day like the big bones in ur arm and leg about face, it’s a lot smaller you don’t really use them ed

No, there are no studies on that. For that, it would be necessary to control strain, load, timing, and prevent forces from being dissipated by soft tissues. If you want to know more, you can search for things like Mechanostat, periosteal pumping, etc.
