Anyone had success with clearing up mild acne from duet? What are the best foods that won’t cause it and are healthy and still calorie dense. I am a 6’1” ecto bulking. I have a dairy and egg intolerance and carbs make me super bloated what sort of staple foods should I be focusing on besides chicken and veggies?
 
I'm 19 and still have to deal with breakouts whenever I eat outside

Avoid diary products at all costs
Eat lots of vegetables
Get your daily healthy fats through avocados, nuts, almonds...
Lean meat is better for your daily protein intake
Drink water

DON'T BULK. Just gain muscle. Inject shit if you have to. Bulking is the ultimate looksmin, it ages the crap out of you, gives you acne, hairloss, etc. Just focus on getting muscle.

I use Retin A for acne on my back as I have none on my face. Have you considered trying it?

Chicken, turkey, fish and some beef for protein.
Vegetables, rice, potatoes for carbohydrates.

Do not bulk. Increase calories by 500 above maintenance and if the scale does not go up increase it to 750 calories. You don’t want to gain more than .5 lb per week to avoid gaining too much fat. Bulking is not something you should be considering being an ectomorph. Use being lean to your advantage, bulking is a complete waste of time and money.

Lastly, diet.

No dairy. No whey protein, no cheese, no yogurt, no milk. This helps greatly.

No sugar, none of it at all.

No greasy food. Unfortunately this means loss off red meat with tons of fat, as it causes me to break out when I eat it. Lean meats like tilapia and chicken breast are manna from the Bible.

I'm starting to think even unsweetened tea breaks me out tbh. I'm gonna find out tomorrow and test (it's just black unsweeted tea jfl) and we will see.

Refined carbs fuck some people up. I literally eat the most shit, tasteless, boring food you've ever seen just to avoid acne and bloat. I NEVER eat fast food, half the shit in Walmart I can't eat either. Only the lean meats and vegetables. Everything else has too much salt or breaks at least one of the criteria on this list. Also carbs make me bloat hard as fuck so I basically just eat lean meats, and less than 100g of carbs a day. If I eat less I enter ketosis and have to eat fat, or else I will die of fucking rabbit starvation (when you eat too much lean meats, your body needs either carbs or fat as an energy source, if you aren't getting either you will just die just lol).

Essentially watch everything you eat. Here's me before accutane, and a picture from yesterday. I took 30mg a day of accutane for 5 months, about 2 years ago. I'm currently on minocycline antibiotics but I might hop off them just to test if my routine is saving me or the antibiotics.

Avoid dairy? Only if you're lactose intolerant, I have around a litre a day with no effect on my skin.

Completely disagree. It's genetics, I break out horribly from dairy. You are just blessed, enjoy it you priveledged fag.

Lactose tolerance is almost completely genetically determined, but maybe your reaction to lactose rather than your lactase production is just shit. Anyways I eat plenty of meat, red or white or bacon and stuff like that, it makes no difference. It's those North Indian genes. Maybe get a test at 23andme to check what you should or shouldn't eat, it would make it clear if you could change it or not.

Dairy makes many, many people break out. Stop eating dairy completely for like 2 weeks and see if it makes a difference. It should be extremely noticable if you have issues with it. I have extremely extremely greasy skin and huge fucking visible pores, so I get raped by dairy.

are oatmeals, vegan protein shake and fruits okay?

also i have the same skintype and lactose intolerant. I might just be eating enough food until im 19 to make sure im still growing then ill go antiacne diet.

i heard orange juice is heavily refined and contains a lot of sugar

I think you should be fine yeah. Eggs are perfectly fine, oatmeal is perfectly fine, I just don't know what's in the vegan protein shake. It's most likely soy isolate protein jfl because it's cheap as a protein source. Cheapest source of protein really is legit chicken breast bro ngl. It's like 80 grams of protein per piece for the kind you get at Walmart anyway.
