I'm 13, 5'11 and looking for ways to grow taller, My dad is 5,9 and my mum is 5,4. What should I do?

I doubt it, precocious/early puberty isn't that common for males.

that might be true, or maybe he has been growing in the 99 %ile all his life. That puts him at roughly 6’6 as an adult.
