Why the fuck my guts playing with me like they are my oneitis.

I literally have constipation and am bleeding during bowel movements

This always happens to me: Get good bowel movement --> Get constipation 1-2 days later ---> Get severe constipation with rectal bleeding -----> Cycle repeats

This has been happening for more than a year. Any solutions for this? What supplements should I take for good gut health

I have tried legit everything on that thread (except for cutting off bread and certain fermented foods) it doesn't work

there is no fixing without professional actually examining whats wrong. you can buy probiotics for the time being maybe they will help but you 100% need to go to doctors
