im currently taking L- Theanine and ashwaganda. Sure its helped but not nearly as much as i was hoping, i was looking for something stronger.

Kava (Kava Kava) would be my go to but Phenibut is better but the catch is It builds tolerance fast if you decide to use it only use it once or twice a week

Kava has a reverse tolerance, actually. But it is dogshit that makes me so fucking nauseated and isnt even that good.

Phenibut is a god tier drug, but must be respected. Also can you PM me a source you like? Science.bio is gone
