Ptosis ? Ptosis repair/blepharoplasty.

Lack of orbital depth ? Orbital decompression, lateral wall.

Lack of hooding ? Micro-fat graft to create a crease of fat in the upper eyelid.


Temporary solutions? Opening your eyes and bringing the lower eyelid up by squinting [Beware, as this has a very strong rebound effect. Once you stop squinting, your muscles will get tired, hence, temporarily, you will have even more UEE and Lower eyelid Retraction]

If you're doing both, go for an orbital decompression. You'd look very uncanny by bringing the fat so much, and once you age, all that fat will disappear, as well as the collagen.

I dont really know. But once you get older, it's guarranteed to drop a few MM. You can squint for now.
