Any surgeon can have decent results? If he does 3D planning, can that planning be 100% similar to the final result?

It can't be 100% similar. Soft tissues react differently when you stretch them IRL. But it can help

Not at all, it can give you slight idea about the projection only but will not tell u ur result from front etc
