Alright so I don't even know how I'm going to explain this but I'll try my best. So I do currently have braces to fix my overbite, (I got a palate expander as well a couple years before my braces). The problem is the that my bite is still messed up. I wouldn't say it is as major as a cross bite, but I kind of looks like it. Basically my bite is asymmetrical and it is shifted to the right. And I can visually see that my teeth line on my top and lower jaw is narrow and asymmetrical compared to the left, which is the proper side. This is my most major flaw as it causes my whole jaw and lips to be extremely asymmetrical, and even my eye area has some noticable asymmetry because of it. My lower jaw is also still recessed even when I force fix my overbite as well. I don't know if this is even fixable with orthodontics so I'm wondering if there are surgical procedures to fix it instead. If anyone wants to see a picutre of what my bite looks like I can post that if you need as well.
