Questions about my chin and lower teeth

A you can see, my chin is slightly recessed and my lower lip is far more set back than my upper.

This is my morph after chin implant

as you can see, I look weird. However

it looks a lot better when the lower lip is also moves foward. The thing is, my bite is perfect so I cant do any osteometry. What do I do?

im trying to achieve this morph. This is after addressing all primary issues and then slapping a jaw angle implant on the jaw.
