My primary failo is my long midface. Skeletally, my maxilla is forward-grown with transverse deficiency and vertical excess.
Mandible is neutral, resulting in a relative mandible AP deficiency and an ANB angle of 6 degrees.
Occlusal plane is moderately steep. Chin point is deviated, but subtle.
Solely based on the provided info, what would be the best surgeries for a case like this? I fall in the 4.5-5 PSL range, so I am a bit hesitant about surgery, as I'm not sure if the reward is worth the botch risk with an already decent base.
