yes i have that exact problem. mine are low set and extremely prominent even overprojecting. i am considering zygomatic reduction surgery with high custom malar implants. you reduce the width with the surgery and add height with the implants. this needs very careful and detailled planning with an experienced plastic surgeon. if you are not careful you might mess up your fwhr and get a long face afterwards. a fat graft into the upper lip and/or browridge might balance out the resulting lower fwhr. lmk what you think. how wide are your cheekbones?

Sounds really good tbh because my cheekbones arent that wide and prominent as yours I think, the most mass is just grown very low that’s the problem

yeah i mean in that case zygomatic reduction would not be for you. i would recommend you get into contact with a maxillofacial surgeon. they could then tell you in more detail if you need only a high set implants, or maybe even slight adjustment or shaving of the lower zygoma. if your cheekbones are not too wide i would be very careful with shaving though for the reasons that i already stated
