I’ve got below-average length and decent girth (5.8x5.5) but I think the general aesthetics of my penis are failoed hard by the fact that my ballsack isn’t hanging low but quite close to the shaft, making it look almost childish in my opinion.

Do you guys know any surgeons that do work specifically for the scrotum?
