what gel? I bought peroxide gel and it didn't really do shit either. planning on getting it done at the dentist's office and if that doesn't work then I really don't fuking know what to do issa wrap tbh.

Caramide Peroxide 35% one of the strongest, I suspect it’s either cause I left the gel in my bathroom and the heat ducked it up or it has something to do with the mouth tray not forming correctly

Regardless it’s not really doing shit, 250$ on whitening teeth is fucking insane. You try the strips yet?

the strips are just peroxide too but they might actually provide better contact to the enamel than the gel with those stupid ass trays does. with the trays it was all drained with saliva after a couple of minutes for me, so I'm not sure how effective this whole thing really was. they don't sell strips here though and I'm done fiddling around with bullshit products so I'll just let a dentist do the job and see from there.

if you thought your teeth went back to shit after such a short time then they probably weren't really whitened in the first place. using the strips and just having your mouth open for a while will dry up the enamel and thus make it appear brighter. staining from food and stuff needs years to develop.

Tbh looking at it now it’s kinda not that yellow, dunno if it’s a charcoal toothpaste I’m using but it’s whatever

Not white like my eyes but not yellow like if I was British

That was in 8th grade at the beginning I’m at the end of 10th, my girlfriend at the time complimented how white they were so idk
