Since Bimax would only really help fix my recessed lower third getting some sort of augmentation has always been in mind. I don't want to pixarmaxx with Eppley and I don't want to spend the same amount for Bimax on soon to go completely senile Yaremchuk. Did some browsing and found this guy along with these results. Results 1 and 4 seem to have forward grown lower thirds (the 4th arguably has an underbite) paired with rather flat midfaces so their afters seem to be not bad
Guy 2 already looks like an alien while the others look mismatched for looking heavily recessed as is
These mostly stood out to me for their more angulare appearance rather than the bulbous beavermaxxed looks a lot of other cheek augmentatino results gave. Any thoughts or experience? Price is 5-8k, the fact the pics look rather old are a sign of worry for me if this guy has already gone senile or not
