I'm getting my custom infraorbital implant in late November. Any thoughts on the design (attached) would be appreciated.

Also, I'm open to questions regarding the procedures that I have done:
-custom jaw implant and infraorbital implant done by Dr. Y in 2020 (the custom jaw implant was removed during my Bimax procedure. And I'm getting the infraorbital implant replaced to have saddle and lateral augmentation)
-Bimax and genio four months ago (everything was covered due to sleep apnea)
-A rhinoplasty last month
-Browbone/forehead implant last year

too much lateral projection

will create a bad face shape

How is your supraorbital/browbone implant?
Did u get what u wanted?

Can you post the old implant design for your infraorbitals so we can compare to your new one?

Why are you getting them replaced?

Are you satisfied with your bimax?

Are you satisfied with the Forehead implant?

OP you asian?

You should talk to @RealSurgerymax . In terms of your design, 5mm of anterior projection is ALOT.. I don’t know what your current face looks like, but just be awareness, if you have thick skin too it’s going to look round rather then angular max

Reasons for replacement? (I) infraorbital area still looks recessed (confirmed by the doctor who performed my bimax); (II): lateral orbitral rim requires some augmentation; (iii) saddle

I’m pretty satisfied with my bimax and forehead implant; they gave me the facial harmony that I wanted.

Hi! It was due to sleep apnea. And the new implants will be performed by Dr E.

Can you show anything from
your current face? Maybe pm?
