yes u can use rocks clay balls wooden and steel hammers fist massage gun etc. and do it as much as u can and take rest days so u can build bone

1- Bonesmashing looks that works, because of swelling in the area, but in fact is not necessarily new bones

2- No one that sell courses can be believed, these people oftentimes fake the results, like doing fillers or even photoshops and filters and saying is their techniques
