in a couple of months I'm planning on climbing up to camp Muir mt Rainer, however, I would like to eventually summit Mt Rainer as a beginner but experienced hiker, is there any tips/workout i can do to prepare? also what gear should I get, I know its only a 1'000 feet hike, but I heard the weather is pretty unforgiving and if everything goes right I would like to go higher than camp Muir
