Mltn I think, you should get some surgery on your jaw, bsso probably. Fix your bloat if there is , and fix your under eyes

Go to the gym while being in a slight calorie deficit and have a ideal diet

my ideal diet consist of lots of meat and I always try to avoid grains for a multitude of reasons, I get my carbs from fruit usually. so eat enough meat and try to eat primal in some sense I guess
