Have you lost hair density? I have due to norwooding and my hair only looks good for a few hours after i wash and dry with the pistol. I look bald the next morning i wake up, hair in my sides just dont grow as long. What can i do

Start by making sure you dont have any mineral or vitamin related defiencies. Supplementing vitamins c and d gave my hair more thickness. I also had low calcium levels since I dont really consume any dairy, back then my hair had shit tier thickness and I thought I was norwooding

As far as I know myself, my hair was always straight asf.
