You seem to have more of a underbite , and your mandible is fucked up , man seriously you need surgery asap not for the loooks part cause you look decent you’re average but for your quality of life

His mandible is fucked , a scan will show and he can be a study case and he can get djs + ccw downgrafting for a lot less than it actually goes , and his submental areea will improve by a lot also he would feel better in his holy body because the mandible links directly to the spine and the atlas and those are probably fucked aswell

getting covered for a djs is harder than u think, scans gonna show his malocculsion but theres no way to officially know if he has severe malocculsion without scans lol. i think more importantly than his jaw you should also peep his severe maxillary recession. however if he struggles from sleep apnea or any functional issues his djs may actually be covered very straightforward. his bite needs to be measured first, so CONSULT AN ORTHODONTIST

sorry but thats retarded. u can't get covered if its not functionally damaged. he could be a study case though, just wouldn't go down that route and the commonality of that is very low

No it’s really easy to be a study model , his quality of life is probably shit because he probably can’t make all the right jaw movements and he has trouble breathing , chewing , just anything like this will grant him a price reduction and if you understood and took seriously what I said by the study case he’ll get it for basically free he just needs to know where to go and ask help , plus if he’s in the eu way lower prices as well so big roi for like what 6-12 months of swelling and pain

I mean i'd assume so? You can't fully know for sure and make any medical determination for coverage without imagery. His case isn't hyper severe, just one of the less fortunate ones. honestly i'd say he should go for it and consult and orthodontist and craniofacial surgeon if that is the case because I also see bad maxillary projection and asym. but thats from an over analysis pov. consult consult consult and get imagery done asap
