Any tips for nose besides surgery?

Is there any way to for example get nostrils closer together, so the whole nose appears smaller or lift up the tip of the nose without surgery? All of the other features can be altered without a surgery, so why should nose be the exception?

Probably won’t work for you but I had bad nose inflammation so i just iced my nose daily for like a week and it got smaller. Sadly the nose is probably the only feature that only surgery can fix
