Any tips for starvemaxxing?

Wake up and ldar for an extremely long time before getting up and doing anything. If I wake up and doomscroll for a few hours while still in bed I don’t feel the need to eat.
 
starving yourself is not a sustainable approach. losing weight and getting to sub 10% body fat takes time. its a marathon not a spring. spam water, stimulants and eat mostly high protein whole foods.
