14, So it's really hard to save up for surgery etc. But thanks for letting me know about some solutions either way.

mewing chewing and posture. just chew 1-2 pieces of falim gum and have cold water with you to keep hardening it up. as unimportant as posture seems, its important, and can be improved with things like chin tucks. i like the mckenzie chin tucks on mike mew’s channel. and for mewing just softmew and it will become second nature after a while, but it takes effort. i myself want to start with bonesmashing my zygos and supra+infraorbitals but ive been seeing mixed opinions about it so idk how true it is. best of luck op.
