im rn doing chin tucks if that work and i remember u i will say, thumbpulling som1s say its copew other dont, i dont do it but i dont havea fair opinion on it

Defo grow out the sides of ur hair. Looks like u asced ur barber to give u a fade and leave a mop on ur head. Fix that, lose fat in general, i see like smile lines and fat accumulation in the maxillary area and remember to drink loads of water, bone structure is alright, side is good, gonial angle could be better nut nice chin and forward growth, great nose shape, lose the fat and i think it’ll be excellent, front lacks width maybe try to softmax nutrients for bonemass or chew on ur premolars-> hltn

Ty im alr chewing on premolars im starting to do chintucks, bonesmash my chin+zygos and thumbpull cope or good and should i do 16/8 fast cuz i heard it does boost hgh
