Debloat or hollow your cheeks down just a liiitle bit more
Cut your hair a bit, so you have volume but it's still tame
Grow out lashes and curl them slightly so your eyes look more striking

Maybe chin implant/genio down the line but minimal imo

how can i grow my lashes?

Anytime gang

Castor oil at night worked wonders for me and results were permanent (4+ years i used to have no lashes) I'd put one generous drop in each eye before going to sleep, keep it close to the lash line even if it gets in your eye (harmless)
