Any tips, I’m not opposed to getting surgery as I have a class 3 bite not severe however.

Delete the second picture, it looks like it was posted to social media and you may get doxed. If you post pictures here again use a metadata exif tool to clear metadata (unless the site's cdn does it automatically) and only take pictures to post it here, don't use the pictures anywhere else.

To answer your question, no you need surgery.

I’m 18 would roids make a difference or would I need surgery/filler?
Facial bone development is technically finished , so no roids would do nothing at this point , filler wouldn’t give you the desired natural look , what would help is bimax ; advancement of both the maxilla and mandible

My teeth are like touching evenly, no slight desired overjet. I don’t know what that would be
Less than 2mm probably.

Would that be enough to get insurance for surgery?
Wouldn't be worth it for such a small discrepancy.
Did you have camouflage orthodontics, where your lower teeth were pushed back and upper teeth forward by an ortho?

What am I’m like rn, my front profile is slightly better?
well i can’t see the front but the side profile would say is low mtn

Yeah but they took of my braces, when I was 17 and my mandible still grew. But I have had like face gear to bring maxilla forward and an expander when I was little

Interesting so your jaw discrepancy is likely more than 2mm.
Worth checking medical records with your ortho to find out exactly what this is.

Likely saved you from jaw surgery. Wore a facemask around ages 6-12, right?

Yeah they always said, either wear this or have surgery. Would fillers be a good option in this case?

No. You're a very mild class 3.
Find out what your upper and lower jaw discrepancy is first.

I believe before braces it was a 4.5-5 mm underbite after braces it was like a 1mm overjet.

Okay, you are likely a jaw surgery candidate then. It would be a moderate movement.
This would just be for cosmetic reasons though.

Other than that is there anyway I can improve my side profile?

I’m guessing a Bimax surgery, moving both mandible and the maxilla forward would be the best for cosmetics? Would move the maxilla further then the mandible tho.

You'd obviously have to run through this with a surgeon but an advancement of both jaws looks likely, yes.

Can you remember how bad your underbite was as a child by any chance?
And when you started using your facemask?

Face mask I was like 10 so I didn’t really pay attention. Before braces it was noticeable by looking at me from first glance. And how bad my underbite was as a child it wasn’t really prolly like 4-5 mm. Face masked fixed it then when I went through puberty my underbite returned to about the same length.

I think this was due to my poor posture and habits going through puberty which was most prominent during covid.
