Very stupid question but I have a shitload of oil especially on my nose and the patch right under my lower lip to the point the pores were bumpy.

Mfers say shit like use salicylic acid cleansers or serums or whatever but I don't really do skincare if I do I use a mild salicylic acid cleanser but I limited myself to 1 or 2 times a week but twice in those days cus my skin is sensitive

I do have plans to use accutane tho but it doesn't fix hyperpigmentation nor oils(I think) correct me if wrong but I'm also suffering from hyperpigmentation in my cheeks, it's black and sometimes filled with blackheads and there's a small nodular pimple near my nose but either way anyone here to give me a tip to fix this? Other than roping I tried but the ceiling fan is not that strong

You have thin blood, to thicken your blood use food like bread or sugar, you also most likely feel like you have low energy

You can also use honey on your face to locally provoke an effect similar to thickening of the blood

Accutane is good, vitamin c serum works pretty well for hyperpigmentation, maybe try glutathione injections subq or even liposomal glutathione to lighten up your skin (could help with hyperpigmentation)

I used to crush coffee and honey together and put it on my face kinda worked at first but results are sorta prominent I was contemplating if I should start again. I will thanks alot

Ideally, you just need to maintain a medium blood density, not too thick, not too thin

Accutane simply thickens your blood, which makes your face dry, but that's also why everyone goes bald on Accutane
