any tips on how to focus more on homework rather than waiting to see a text back from my oneitis (that shit will never happen)

I have 2 assignments due tomorrow and they weight heavily on my grade. But for some reason, im more worried about my oneitis texting me back after 31 hours than fucking passing my class. Ive tried everything to remedy my obsession yet nothing has worked. I need some tips else im going to fail
