Any tips on how to make friends as you get older?

Most of my childhood friends are either losers or cut contact. As I get older I’ve begun to realize making friends is increasingly difficult.

Good question, after college is over it becomes almost impossible to make new friends, you need to spend on average 100 hours with a new person to become friends - this happens easily and naturally in school, high-school, college, etc., but after that there just aren't many opportunities, at work people already have social circles, a family, they might not have time or interest to hang out with new people, they could also be of different ages, etc...
