stop smoking or drinking alcohol or any type of substance gang cuz u look hella geeked. It ruins gh. Get a good lean bulk diet workout and try to not eat processed sugar and lower sodium intake. also hop on hgh.

I've been slowing down on the smoking, I only drink at parties, so ill reduce that too, I already eat well, also do you know where I can even get hgh?
