nah assymetry isn't a problem for you bruh u got good forward growth and decent symmetry. you are like a weak mtn but its cuz u look unhealthy so i think u can get to a HTN with softmaxxes, grow hair out longer like this

Your eyebrows are too light compared to ur hair, dye them dark brown or black and use minoxidil or sum other shi to make them thicker.

just that and getting a tan combined with an animal based diet for health indicators would make u around HTN and with ur height really Good SMV bruh

You need a lip lift for upper lip, you litteraly cant get botched in this surgery because it looks so bad beforehand. And you need upper bleph for the folds esp on one side. You need a good doctor for this, someone who has good experience. Combine it with some kind of fat graft, same that you can combine a tip rhino plasty during the lip lift.

Animal based diet and softmaxxes, might aswell jump infront of a train with these copes. The only softmaxx he needs is save out hair and accutane. But if he dont hardmaxx its worthless

will lip lift maybe descend me even though i have long philtrum and a long narrow face because i have thick plump lips and a defined cupids bow? also conventionally attractive irl so i would rather not "ruin" good looks but i rly wanna fix my long face

Ofc sny surgery can maybe descend, thats the risk with surgery. But it depends on how bad it is
