retinol, the strongest you can find that is otc, and benzon poroxidye 10% cleanser and a good moisturizer, mark solution by clicking checkmark under like button
holy Moly, ty

and benzon poroxidye 10% cleanser
Benzoyl peroxide is the devil, do not use that shit.

OP, if your acne doesn't improve whenever you maintain a solid cleanser/moisterisuer routine, just get some isotretinoin. The stigma behind it is ridiculously aggrandised.

From what I can see, tret is the key, ty

I just say not farmaceutics, but thank you
also just cus you a minor it don’t mean nun you can get tret at like 13 so go to derm and ask for 0.025% tret and use it and see how it goes if it’s good for a month go up to 0.05%

wash your pillow, get sun (absolutely no sunscreen) ,dont eat bullshit
But wouldn't sun exposure on the face worsen acne? I mean, isn't it the same as getting it on other parts of the body?

you realize there’s isotretinoin (accutane) and tretinoin which is topical and has zero side effects. is that why you said no pharmaceuticals when i said tret, if your scared of isotretinoin just use topical tretinoin

Sun damage is propaganda and people who DO experience sun damage live bullshit lifestyles. (eating goyim diet, using a bunch of products on their body with random chinese chemicals going into their literal fucking blood stream) do you really think the thing that gives us life on earth would damage us naturally?

idk what point youre trying to make but either way that shit has side effects for sure like its literally impossible for some pharmaceutical shit to have "no side effects"

ive used tret for 2 years and i haven’t had a single side effect and i haven’t heard of one other person having one other than somewhat dry skin

Right but how could you know if there was side effects or not because it might take longer than 2 years. and it could be subtle or something you havent discovered yet

Uhmm, yes? In fact, my lip area was hyperpigmented from the sun, but you're partly right because I wasn't using sunscreen on my lips.

i mean good point but after the probably hundred of thousands of people prescribed tret, the only side effects noted are dry skin, which is a “side effect” of almost all skincare

right and having dry skin would only lead you to use MORE artificial products to combat that dry skin and to further continue the cycle of putting bullshit into and onto your body

that’s a side effect from the first month of using it, my skin doesn’t ever get dry anymore. good point but everyone uses artificial things for their skin and expecting the avg person to not is unrealistic when using things like tret or isotret is easier than completely fixing your diet and avoiding all the poison of our society

True it is unrealistic but it is ideal. i dont think about whats realistic or not when we live in a society where "realism" is backwards
