Any tips to keep my long hair moisturized?

So I wanted to ask if any of you know some products or oils I could use for my long hair because it's always dry and frizzy sometimes. this is how my hair looks and is in it's current state

get a high-quality leave-in conditioner and use pure argan oil on damp hair to lock in moisture and kill the frizz

I actually have argan oil so I might try that appreciate it and about the high quality leave-in conditioner which one would you recommend?
