any tips to remove purple color on my infras??

so earlier today i was playing around with this tiktok filter and it made my skin clear which looked good but not worried about that cuz i have tret just not using it yet cuz i need other products to help my skin while on it but one thing that made my face stand out and look better is that it removed the dark color or the purple color under my eye I'm not sure what's causing this but it could be my recessed infras but since its probably going to stay like that since i cant find any way to get forward maxilla growth i need to use something to cover this problem especially with the purple or dark color under my eyes and i need tips or any recommendations maybe on pharmaceutical cream or anything that will fix this problem for a good amour of time like something that will hide this color for a good amount of time like 2-3 weeks but i know it wont be permanent unless i fix my recessed infras and here is the before and after of using this filter. (my skin makes me look so fucking bru FUCK)

You can use a mix of Tazarotene + estriol + vitimin c for vascularity discoloration but it wont solve ur infraorbital recession
