you have pretty bad uee and lips, good masseter and ok nose and eyebrows, since the angle isn’t great your eyes probably look worse here than they would in another better angled photo or irl
you also have a bit of skin imperfections on the nose and chin area which can be treated easily and probably hidden with a nicer less pale skin tone

learn how to take pictures, dye your eyebrows darker and fix your skin, as well as doing what u can for your eyes
