Any topicals for this skin condition?

I have a mix of mild to severe kp and acne. Im currently using 20mg accutane with lactic acid, glycoric acid, 0.05 tret for chest. then moisturize afterwards twice daily tret once a night for chest only. The kp is all over my arms and back. Luckily my face is clear as a whistle and is supre clear somehow.

I need quicker results im getting hardly any to none with my skin. Its only makes it blend in slighty im tryna get glass clear skin could a product like hydroquinone help or any other reccomendations? (im aware that kp is genetic and probably uncurable but i can pray to ghandi.)

for reference it looks like this but im on mt2 so its tanner and blends in a little more but is noticable when flared.
