coz it makes no fucking sense. with all else being equal, if you control your light exposure and food timing what difference can it possibly make?

Assuming you perfectly control light exposure, and food timing you should be good; given you have consistency and follow proper practices to ensure your circadian rhythm stays in check. This includes early morning light exposure, and tapering of light exposure when going to sleep.
